  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.

3. Process for Initiating Returns

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after verification.
