Quotations and orders
- Enquiries made through the site are requests for a quotation, not orders.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change after that period due to material costs.
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and the agreed advance payment is received.
- Final measurements are taken at your site. If site conditions differ from what was assumed at quotation stage, the price and timeline may be revised, and we will inform you before proceeding.
- Any change you request after design approval may affect the price and delivery schedule.
Payment
Payment terms, including advance and balance amounts, are set out in your quotation or order confirmation. Manufacturing begins only after the agreed advance is received. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation timelines given to you are estimates based on the finish and quantity ordered. We will keep you informed of progress. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including material shortages, transport disruption, restricted site access, incomplete civil or electrical work at your site, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the site, and for ensuring plumbing, electrical and civil work is complete where our installation depends on it.
Custom and made-to-order items
Most of what we make is manufactured to your measurements and chosen finish. Once a design is approved and production has begun, custom items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, since they cannot be resold. Please review your design and finish selections carefully before approving them.
If an item is delivered damaged or does not match the approved design, tell us within 7 days of installation and we will correct it.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on hardware and workmanship as stated in your order documentation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, water damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or damage caused by pests or building defects.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, layouts, designs and the Intercraft Furniture name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. Designs and drawings we prepare for you remain our intellectual property and may not be shared with or executed by another manufacturer without our written consent.
Third-party links
This site may link to other websites, such as maps or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from delays in supply.
